Overview
Datadog is seeking a Director, Channels & Alliances (EMEA) to lead the development and management of its partner ecosystem across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will own the channel and alliance strategy, recruit and enable partners, and drive joint go‑to‑market initiatives to accelerate revenue. This is a senior leadership role reporting into the global partnerships organization and collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal.
Your Role
- Define and execute the EMEA channel and alliance strategy.
- Source, sign, and manage strategic channel partners and technology alliances.
- Develop partner programs, enablement, and training to accelerate partner performance.
- Collaborate with regional sales leadership to develop pipeline and revenue targets.
- Orchestrate joint marketing and demand-generation activities with partners.
- Manage partner onboarding, certification, governance, and ongoing enablement.
- Forecast revenue, track KPIs, and manage budgets for partnerships.
- Represent Datadog in partner events, industry forums, and ecosystem activities.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and internal policies within the partner program.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of partner/channel management experience in tech/SaaS or a related field.
- Proven track record building successful EMEA partnerships and driving revenue via channels.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal.
- Experience with cloud monitoring, observability, security, or related domains is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages common in the EMEA region are a plus.
