Datadog for Startups Lead at Datadog leads our startup-focused initiative, partnering with early-stage companies to drive adoption of Datadog's observability platform and accelerate growth across North America.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of the Datadog for Startups program in North America.
- Develop and manage partnerships with early-stage startups, accelerators, and venture programs.
- Enable startup customers with onboarding, training, and best practices to maximize value from Datadog.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to co-create go-to-market initiatives and joint success metrics.
- Monitor program impact, track metrics, and report on pipeline and revenue influence from startups.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in SaaS partnerships or startup programs (5+ years preferred).
- Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with excellent communication.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and results-driven approach.
