Datadog is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Boston team. This role focuses on ensuring customer success post‑sale by driving adoption, renewal, and expansion of Datadog’s cloud monitoring platform. You will partner with customers to maximize value, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help shape long-term relationships with our clients.

What you'll do

• Own the post‑sale relationship for a portfolio of customers in North America
• Drive product adoption, onboarding, and success plans to achieve customer outcomes
• Manage renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales on upsell potential
• Coordinate with Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and collect customer feedback
• Monitor health metrics, conduct business reviews, and advocate for customer needs
• Proactively mitigate risks and escalate critical issues as needed

Compensation

Salary range: $86,000 – $118,000 USD per year
