Datadog is hiring a Commercial Sales Engineer (Spanish-Speaking) to join our North America team in Boston, MA. This full-time role provides technical pre-sales support to the Commercial sales organization and helps customers in Spanish-speaking markets understand and adopt Datadog's observability platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical leadership to the Commercial Sales team and prospects
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and build proof-of-concept environments
• Understand customer requirements and map them to Datadog capabilities
• Respond to technical questions, RFPs, and technical objections
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Sales, and Product teams to craft compelling proposals
• Assist with onboarding and deployment guidance to ensure customer success

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• 2-5 years of Sales Engineering or pre-sales experience in SaaS or cloud monitoring
• Strong knowledge of cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Salary and Location

Salary range: USD 90,000 - 115,000 per year. Location: Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Time Type: Full time. On-site role.
