Datadog, a leading cloud monitoring and security platform, is seeking a Commercial Sales Engineer in Sao Paulo to join our LATAM team. This full-time role partners with the Sales organization to drive revenue by delivering technical demonstrations and value assessments of Datadog's platform to prospects and customers.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to understand customer goals and technical requirements in LATAM
- Deliver engaging product demos, technical workshops, and tailored presentations for prospects and customers
- Architect and run proof-of-concept projects to validate Datadog’s value in complex environments
- Respond to technical questions during the sales cycle and assist with competitive positioning
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Sales Engineers, and Professional Services to ensure successful adoption and renewal
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer needs
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing engineering role, preferably in SaaS/monitoring
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern software architectures
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multilingual communication (Portuguese and English preferred)
