Overview
Datadog is seeking a Commercial Account Executive (Vietnamese Speaking) in Singapore to drive new business and manage relationships with Vietnamese-speaking customers across the APAC region. This full-time role requires a results-driven salesperson who can operate independently, craft compelling value propositions for Datadog’s cloud monitoring platform, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintain a healthy pipeline, and achieve quota while delivering excellent customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in APAC through proactive outreach and outbound activities
- Own the full sales cycle from qualification to closing, including contract negotiations
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and ROI-focused value propositions to executives and technical buyers
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure successful deployments and adoption
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast diligently, and report on pipeline health
- Travel within APAC as needed to meet with customers and partners
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, preferably in APAC
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with cloud monitoring, observability, or DevOps is a plus
- Ability to travel within APAC as required
