Overview
Datadog is seeking a Commercial Account Executive for the Nordics region to drive new business and expand existing accounts. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dublin, Ireland. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for Datadog's enterprise SaaS solutions within the Nordics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with Nordics-based customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, qualify leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop relationships with C-level and senior IT/Finance stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver tailored demonstrations and proposals.
- Forecast accurately, maintain CRM hygiene, and consistently meet or exceed quotas.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in enterprise software or SaaS sales, with a history of quota attainment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; willingness to travel as needed within the Nordics.
- Knowledge of the Nordics market and local business culture is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
