Datadog is a leading cloud monitoring and analytics platform trusted by thousands of teams to gain full-stack visibility. We’re seeking a Commercial Account Executive for LATAM who can drive growth in Spanish-speaking markets while upholding Datadog’s standards of excellence.

Role Overview

As the Commercial Account Executive for LATAM (Spanish Speaking), you will own the full sales cycle within Latin America, focusing on acquiring new customers, expanding footprint, and delivering value propositions in Spanish. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of Datadog’s solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and close new business opportunities in LATAM with an emphasis on Spanish-speaking customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through contract negotiation and closed-won
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; accurately forecast and report results
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored solutions to address customer needs
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, and Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
  • Represent Datadog at regional events and activities; travel as required

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in LATAM
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and related sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
