Overview
Datadog is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to drive new business growth in Israel. This full-time remote role joins Datadog's Sales - Commercial Sales team and offers the opportunity to work with a fast-growing cloud monitoring platform. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, manage a robust pipeline, and partner with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure customer value.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for opportunities in Israel, from prospecting and qualification to negotiations and closing deals.
- Develop and qualify pipeline, conduct product demonstrations, and present ROI-focused value to C-level buyers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and expansion opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and achieve or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable forecasts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS or security software sales experience in enterprise or mid-market segments (Israel or remote).
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with long sales cycles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
