About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive new business and manage strategic accounts in France within the Datadog portfolio. In this role you will build a robust sales pipeline, deliver value-based demonstrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Datadog solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise accounts in France
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecast in Salesforce
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored proposals highlighting Datadog’s observability platform
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success to ensure successful delivery and adoption
  • Negotiate pricing and terms; overcome objections; close deals
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive landscape and market trends to inform strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales with a track record of quota attainment
  • Proven ability to sell to enterprise customers in France; fluent in French and English
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce); strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of cloud monitoring/observability space is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed
