About Datadog
Datadog is a leading observability platform helping teams monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize their software applications. This role is based in Seoul, APAC region.
The Role
You will own the full sales cycle for new and existing customers, from prospecting to close, and partner with internal teams to tailor the Datadog platform to customer needs. You will build and manage a robust pipeline, deliver compelling product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and achieve quarterly quotas.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales process for enterprise and mid-market customers in Korea/APAC.
- Develop relationships with senior-level stakeholders and champions.
- Collaborate with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and ecosystems teams to drive deals to close.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain Salesforce/CRM data.
- Represent Datadog at events and customer meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise software/SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, DevOps, and observability tools (e.g., Datadog).
- Korean language proficiency preferred; English required.
