Role Overview
Datadog is seeking an Audio Visual Administrator II to support our Enterprise Technology team in New York, NY. This role focuses on maintaining and supporting audio-visual systems across offices, conference rooms, and events, ensuring reliable operation and excellent user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment across offices and meeting spaces.
- Provide on-site and remote support for video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams) and room systems.
- Troubleshoot AV issues, coordinate with vendors, and document assets and configurations.
- Coordinate with IT and facilities for room scheduling and room setup for executive meetings and events.
- Assist with events and town halls as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in audio-visual support or related role.
- Hands-on experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other conferencing platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and on-site support skills; ability to work in fast-paced environment in New York.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Degree or relevant certification preferred.
