Datadog is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager (German-Speaking) to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. In this role, you will help German-speaking customers maximize value from Datadog's observability platform through proactive onboarding, adoption strategies, and strong relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of German-speaking customers
- Lead onboarding and drive product adoption to achieve defined success metrics
- Monitor health scores, usage data, and renewal risk; identify expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Support teams to resolve issues and deliver outstanding outcomes
- Conduct quarterly business reviews in German
Qualifications
- Fluent German language skills; professional English
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or B2B SaaS
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight) and data-driven customer management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
