Role Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term partnerships with DataCamp's enterprise and mid-market customers, ensuring value realization, driving product adoption, and reducing renewal risk.

Responsibilities

Develop trusted advisor relationships with assigned accounts
Onboard new customers and drive successful adoption of DataCamp's platform
Monitor usage metrics, health scores, and renewal risk; collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes
Lead quarterly business reviews and translate data into actionable insights
Advocate for customers with Product and Sales teams to improve the platform and customer experience

Requirements

Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client services within a SaaS environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze data and translate findings into action
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mostly on-site environment in London
