DataCamp is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Learn Product to lead a high-performing engineering team that builds the next generation of data science learning experiences. This role combines technical leadership with people management to ship scalable, impacting features for learners around the world.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of software engineers dedicated to the Learn Product.
• Partner with product, design, data, and content teams to define roadmaps and deliver high-impact features.
• Own technical strategy, architecture, and delivery to scale learning experiences for millions of users.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineering talent; foster a culture of experimentation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across remote teams in Europe, advocating for reliability, performance, and user-centric solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience delivering consumer software or platform products.
• Proven track record in people management and building high-performing teams.
• Strong collaboration with product managers, designers, data scientists, and content engineers.
• Experience with scalable architecture, CI/CD, testing, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
