Databricks is seeking a Tech Sourcer for a 6 month contract to join our India based Bengaluru team. The successful candidate will partner with recruiters to identify, engage, and screen top technical talent for Databricks engineering teams worldwide and help build high quality candidate pipelines on a contract basis.
What you will do
- Source and engage candidates for hard to fill technical roles using multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals and more).
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and create targeted search strategies.
- Screen candidates, assess technical fit, and coordinate interview processes.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of diverse, strong candidates for Databricks globally.
