Strategic Enterprise Account Executive - FSI, Hong Kong (Singapore based)
Databricks is seeking a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the Financial Services Industry for Hong Kong, with Singapore as a base. In this role you will be responsible for managing strategic enterprise accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives, and accelerating adoption of the Databricks Lakehouse Platform within large financial services organizations.
What you\'ll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for key FSI clients in Hong Kong from a Singapore base.
- Identify, qualify, and close multi-million-dollar opportunities with executive sponsors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing) to craft compelling value propositions.
- Forecast accurately and manage long sales cycles in enterprise environments.
- Represent Databricks in industry events and build Databricks\' presence in APAC FSI markets.
Qualifications
- Proven track record selling complex enterprise software to financial services clients (5+ years preferred).
- Strong relationships with C-suite executives and a history of achieving quota in APAC markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
