Overview
Databricks is seeking a Strategic Core Account Executive for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector to drive revenue and strategic outcomes with top-tier enterprise customers. This remote, field-facing role is focused on building trusted relationships, expanding footprints, and delivering data and AI solutions that accelerate business results.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end strategic accounts within the CPG space.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Educate customers on Databricks platform value and ROI.
- Create and manage long-term deals with cross-functional teams (Sales, Solutions Engineers, GTM).
- Forecast accurately and report on pipeline and quota attainment.
- Travel as needed to engage customers and partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise software sales or strategic account management, preferably in CPG or consumer goods.
- Proven track record closing large, complex deals with multi-stakeholder buying groups.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with data/AI platforms and modern analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel as needed.
