Role Overview

We are seeking a Staff IT Product Manager for Record To Report (RTR) and Procure To Pay (PTP). In this role you will own internal IT platforms that support Finance operations, drive the product roadmap, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve financial processes, data quality, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for RTR and PTP systems used by internal finance teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Security, and Engineering to gather requirements and translate them into clear PRDs and roadmaps.
• Own the backlog, prioritize features, and partner with design and engineering to deliver high-impact releases.
• Analyze KPI metrics (cycle time, data accuracy, user adoption) and drive continuous improvement of finance processes.
• Manage integrations with ERP systems and other enterprise tools; ensure data integrity and security compliance.
• Communicate progress to executives and stakeholders; influence priorities across organizations.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to building a strong IT product management practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in IT or Finance IT; experience with RTR/PTP or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
• Data-driven decision making, excellent written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
