Databricks is seeking a Staff Enablement Program Manager, SME Community Lead to build and scale enablement programs for our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the Field Engineering community. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve training, content, and community engagement to accelerate customer value and adoption of the Databricks platform.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and manage enablement programs for SMEs and Field Engineers
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and a global practitioner community
Create and maintain training materials, playbooks, and knowledge assets
Plan and run internal and external events, webinars, and user groups
Define program metrics, track impact, and report on ROI
Gather feedback from the SME community and translate into program improvements
Scale programs across the West Coast while aligning with global strategy

Qualifications

5+ years in program management, enablement, or developer/community programs; technical background a plus
Experience partnering with engineering and product teams
Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and competing priorities
Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
