Mission
The Databricks Customer Enablement team is on a mission to upskill Data and AI professionals in our customer organizations to use Databricks and accelerate customer success and outcomes.
Role OverviewAs a Staff Customer Enablement Program Specialist at Databricks, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our training and enablement portfolio across the EMEA Central region. This is not just a program management role, it is a customer facing, revenue impacting position where your expertise in selling learning solutions to enterprise accounts will directly accelerate customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
You will partner closely with account executives, engagement managers, and other account stakeholders to position Databricks’ learning programs as a critical business outcome accelerator. Your ability to translate customer needs into tailored, high-value training solutions will enable our enterprise clients to maximize their investment in Databricks, while also contributing to the company’s top line growth.
