Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Staff Project Manager, Services in Mumbai to lead complex professional services engagements, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of professional services projects, coordinating with customers and internal teams.
• Define project scope, milestones, budgets, and resource plans; manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate across Customer Success, Engineering, and Sales to ensure successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers; contribute to practice development.
• Provide clear communication to stakeholders and executives with progress and outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record as a senior or staff project manager in professional services or enterprise software environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and ability to tailor approaches to client needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Bonus: familiarity with the Databricks platform and data engineering concepts.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent with 8+ years of project management experience. PMP or PgMP certification is a plus.
