Sr. Solutions Consultant

Databricks is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our remote-first team in Brazil. In this customer-facing role, you will partner with enterprises to design, demonstrate, and deploy Databricks-based data analytics solutions that deliver business impact.

Overview

As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Databricks, you will translate business needs into scalable data and analytics architectures on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform. You will collaborate with customers, sales teams, and technical peers to drive successful cloud deployments and data-driven transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver technical pre-sales engagements, including discovery, architecture design, and hands-on demonstrations of Databricks solutions.

• Partner with customers to understand data strategies, create proof-of-concept projects, and articulate quantified ROI.
\n
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, and Account Executives to craft compelling technical proposals and responses to RFPs.
\n
• Present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from executives to engineers, with clarity and impact.
\n
• Stay current with Databricks product roadmaps and competitive landscape, and relay customer feedback to product teams.
\n
• Support post-sales activities to ensure successful adoption and value realization.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 7+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consultative sales in data analytics or cloud platforms.
\n
• Strong knowledge of Databricks, Apache Spark, SQL, Python/Scala, and data engineering concepts.
\n
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data lakehouse architectures.
\n
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
\n
• Proven ability to influence decisions and build trusted advisor relationships with enterprise customers.
\n
