Role Overview
As a Senior Recruiter - GTM, you will partner with GTM leaders to understand hiring needs, build proactive pipelines, and own end-to-end recruitment for Go-To-Market roles. This hands-on, fast-paced role is based in Bengaluru, India.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Go-To-Market leaders to forecast hiring needs and design recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the interview process; manage offers and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships within India/APAC.
- Collaborate with HR, People Ops, and Recruiting Coordinators to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Leverage data and ATS to track recruiting metrics and drive process improvements; champion DEI and inclusive hiring practices.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within Go-To-Market functions or the tech industry.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and data-driven recruiting metrics; familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
