Responsibilities
- Partner with HR leadership to administer end-to-end HR processes
- Maintain HRIS data quality and generate people metrics
- Support onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Assist in policy interpretation and compliance across the local team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve employee experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR Generalist or People Operations experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with HRIS systems and data privacy principles
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
