Databricks is seeking a Senior Services Account Executive / Senior Engagement Manager to lead strategic professional services engagements for enterprise customers from our London office. You will partner with clients to understand goals, scope engagements, and ensure successful delivery of high-value services that enable data and AI initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex professional services engagements for enterprise clients.
- Develop engagement scopes, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver value.
- Escalate and mitigate risks, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to revenue growth.
