Overview

Databricks is seeking a Senior Services Account Executive / Senior Engagement Manager to lead strategic professional services engagements for enterprise customers from our London office. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex professional services engagements for enterprise clients.
  • Develop engagement scopes, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver value.
  • Escalate and mitigate risks, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to revenue growth.
