Databricks is seeking a Senior Resident Solutions Architect to join our team in Mumbai. This is a client-facing, technical leadership role focused on designing and delivering scalable data and AI solutions on the Databricks platform.

Databricks accelerates innovation with the unified data analytics platform built for the cloud. You will help customers realize value from their data using Spark and Delta Lake, on cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to translate business requirements into scalable architectures on Databricks
• Lead technical engagements, deliver architecture reviews, and provide hands-on guidance
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design end-to-end data & AI solutions
• Contribute to best practices for data governance, security, and performance optimization
• Present demonstrations and technical workshops to customer stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in solutions architecture, data engineering, or consulting
• Deep knowledge of Apache Spark, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and the Databricks platform
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with customer-facing experience
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
