Procurement Operations Specialist
\nDatabricks is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to join our global procurement team in Costa Rica. This role will manage supplier relationships, purchase orders, and ensure compliance with company policies while driving cost optimization and process improvements.
\nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Manage end-to-end procurement operations, including PO processing and vendor onboarding. \n
- Maintain vendor master data and ensure contract/compliance alignment with internal controls. \n
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and business partners to resolve issues and optimize spend. \n
- Track procurement metrics, report on supplier performance, and drive process improvements. \n
- Support audits and ensure data integrity across procurement systems. \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- 3+ years in procurement or related field. \n
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement tools. \n
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. \n
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. \n
