Databricks is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager, Data Warehousing to lead go-to-market strategy and enablement for our data warehousing solutions. This senior role partners with Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to craft compelling messaging, positioning, and content that resonates with data engineers, data scientists, and analytics teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of go-to-market strategy for Data Warehousing products.
- Define messaging, positioning, and value propositions for target segments.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Create sales enablement assets including battle cards, playbooks, launch plans, and customer case studies.
- Develop and coach cross-functional teams to execute high-impact GTM programs across regions.
- Monitor market feedback and translate insights into product improvements and competitive messaging.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product marketing, preferably in data analytics, data warehousing, or related enterprise software.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and oral communication skills with a track record of launching data-centric products.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment;
data-driven with a metrics-focused mindset.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
