Databricks is looking for a People Generalist to join our Bengaluru team. This role supports the People & HR function, helping ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience as Databricks grows in the region.
Responsibilities
- Partner with People & HR to manage day-to-day HR operations
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Respond to benefits questions and coordinate with vendors
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and HR records
- Support employee relations and policy administration
- Coordinate with regional HR partners to ensure consistency across the India team
Qualifications
- 1+ years of HR generalist or related experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global tech environment
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance in India is a plus
