Databricks is seeking a Partner Sales Enablement Manager - C&SI to lead enablement strategy and programs for our partner ecosystem in a remote capacity. You will collaborate with Sales, Channel, Marketing, and Product teams to design and deliver scalable trainings, content, and tools that accelerate partner revenue and win rates.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the partner sales enablement strategy for C&SI initiatives.
- Design, build, and maintain onboarding and ongoing training programs for partner sales teams.
- Create enablement content such as playbooks, battle cards, messaging guides, and competitive notes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Channel, Marketing, and Product to align GTM programs and ensure consistent messaging.
- Measure impact through dashboards and KPIs; drive user adoption and program improvements.
- Lead enablement sessions for partners and internal stakeholders; support quarterly business reviews.
- Manage enablement budget and vendor relationships as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in sales enablement, partner sales, or related channel enablement roles, preferably in SaaS/B2B.
- Experience working with channel partners and partner ecosystems.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and enablement tools/LMS.
- Strategic thinker with proven program management and project delivery capabilities.
- Willingness to work in a remote environment with potential for limited travel.
Location
Remote — North America region focus (Remote - Washington as listed in postings). This is a remote role with a North America orientation.
