Role Overview
The Named Enterprise Account Executive, Gaming will own and drive strategic, multi-year deals with leading gaming publishers and developers, shaping and executing a vision for Databricks within large gaming organizations.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise gaming accounts.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual quota.
- Identify and engage C-level and VP-level decision makers; build trusted relationships.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success to craft solutions that unlock business value from data and AI.
- Forecast accurately, manage pipeline, and drive long-term strategic partnerships.
- Travel as required to meet with customers and partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in gaming or adjacent industries.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota with strategic, complex deals.
- Experience selling to C-level executives and decision-makers in large organizations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies.
- Willingness to travel as needed; ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
