Named Core Account Executive - Thailand, Singapore based

Databricks is seeking a Named Core Account Executive to drive growth in Thailand and Singapore from our Singapore-based office. In this role you will own named accounts in the APAC region, develop and execute region-specific sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to enterprise customers. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, qualify opportunities, build pipeline, forecast accurately, and achieve quota. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, experience selling data analytics or cloud platforms, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments. Travel as needed to close deals and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales cycle for named accounts in APAC (Thailand and Singapore-based).
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline; forecast and achieve quota.
  • Identify customer needs and map them to Databricks solutions.
  • Develop executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VP-level IT, and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Travel as needed to close deals and nurture accounts.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise software or data analytics/cloud sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in APAC.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
