Databricks is seeking a Named Core Account Executive for the Financial Services Industry (FSI) to drive growth in Brazil by managing strategic enterprise accounts. You will build executive relationships, develop and execute account plans, and close deals that demonstrate the value of the Databricks platform. This role requires strong hunt and farming skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Role overview

As a Named Core Account Executive, you will own a portion of high-potential enterprise accounts within the FSI sector. You will collaborate with regional teams to formulate and execute account plans, uncover opportunities, and close revenue while ensuring customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with senior executives in target FSI accounts.
  • Qualify opportunities, create strategic account plans, and drive the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing to address business outcomes and technical requirements.
  • Forecast accurately, track pipeline, and meet/exceed quota in Brazil.
  • Represent Databricks in regional events and industry forums.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of enterprise software or data platform sales in the FSI sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience navigating complex decision-making processes and multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed within Brazil.
  • Portuguese language proficiency preferred; English required.
