Manager, Sales Development

Job Summary

Databricks is seeking a Manager, Sales Development in Seoul, Korea. This role leads the sales development team, drives outbound prospecting, and generates qualified pipeline for the Korea market. You will hire, coach, and manage a growing team, set targets, and collaborate with Enterprise Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Engineers to promote Databricks solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve quarterly targets.
• Develop and execute outbound prospecting programs to generate qualified opportunities.
• Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering to accelerate deals.
• Track metrics, forecast pipeline, and report on activity and outcomes.
• Represent Databricks professionally to customers and partners in Korea.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Development or B2B SaaS.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Databricks products and analytics is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
