Role: Manager, Field Engineering

Based in Seoul, South Korea, this full-time on-site role leads the Field Engineering team responsible for customer deployments, field enablement, and technical leadership in the Korea region.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Field Engineers in the Korea region
Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Solutions Architects to drive successful deployments of the Databricks platform
Develop and implement field enablement programs, best practices, and technical governance
Represent customer feedback to product and engineering teams
Manage project delivery milestones and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

5+ years of field engineering or customer-facing technical leadership
Experience leading teams and managing personnel
Strong knowledge of Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Databricks platform, and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel as needed
