Internal Technical Enablement Lead – APJ at Databricks

Databricks is seeking an experienced Internal Technical Enablement Lead for the APJ region to design and drive technical enablement programs for customers, partners, and internal teams. This role is based in Singapore and will collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success to create engaging training content, playbooks, and scalable enablement initiatives that accelerate adoption of Databricks solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver comprehensive technical enablement programs for APJ
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success to identify enablement needs
• Create technical content, workshops, and onboarding materials
• Build a scalable enablement strategy with metrics to measure impact
• Maintain internal knowledge resources and enablement tooling
• Stay current with Databricks product roadmap and cloud data platforms

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in technical enablement, field engineering, or related roles
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Experience with cloud data platforms, data analytics, or data science workflows
• Ability to work across time zones in APJ and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
