Role Overview

Head of Product Ecosystem Operations at Databricks will lead the strategy and execution for our product ecosystem, partner programs, and developer platform to accelerate adoption of the Databricks data platform across customers and partners in the United States.

Responsibilities

Define and execute ecosystem strategy to drive platform adoption and partner success.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
Develop governance models, partner programs, and enablement resources to scale the ecosystem.
Collaborate with Product, Platform, Sales, and Marketing to align roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Drive scalable operations including partner onboarding, enablement, metrics, and reporting.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in product management, partnerships, or ecosystem operations, preferably within data, cloud, or AI platforms.
Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and managing complex partnerships.
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and program management skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
