About the role
As a Greenfield Account Executive, you will drive new business with enterprise customers in France and across Europe, managing the full sales cycle from discovery to close. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate value, shape solution opportunities, and execute a successful go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales process for greenfield opportunities in the assigned region.
- Identify, target, and engage senior-level stakeholders within large enterprise accounts.
- Articulate Databricks value in business terms and win strategic deals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Success to build tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate forecast and CRM data; meet or exceed quota.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software or data/AI platform sales.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-million dollar deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in French and English.
- Strong ability to navigate large organizations and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
