Databricks – Geo Hunter Account Executive, Healthcare

Databricks is seeking a high-performing Geo Hunter Account Executive to drive revenue in the healthcare market from a remote location across California, Colorado, and Georgia. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for healthcare customers, hospitals, health systems, and payer networks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft data and AI solutions that address clinical and operational use cases.

Role Overview

In this role you will build strategic relationships with executive-level stakeholders, manage complex sales processes, and contribute to Databricks' growth in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territorial plans to identify and close new business in healthcare.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including discovery, proposal, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; forecast accurately.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Alliances to deliver tailored Databricks data and AI solutions.
  • Represent Databricks at industry events, webinars, and in partner ecosystems.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulatory considerations, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in healthcare; track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare data systems, EHRs/PHI, and analytics use cases.
  • Experience with complex procurement processes, RFPs, and multi-stakeholder buys.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
