Databricks is a leading data and AI company empowering the world’s most innovative organizations. We are seeking a Geo Hunter Account Executive, Gaming to join our high-performance Sales team to drive strategic growth in the gaming vertical.

About the Role

As the Geo Hunter Account Executive for Gaming, you will be responsible for creating and closing new business opportunities within the gaming ecosystem across the West Coast region. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling value, build long-term relationships with executive sponsors, and help gaming customers realize the benefits of Databricks at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and close strategic opportunities in the gaming vertical across the West Coast region.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to close.
  • Engage with executive sponsors, tailor value demonstrations, and lead complex negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success to ensure win on value.
  • Accurately forecast, track, and report on pipeline and quota attainment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of quota attainment.
  • Experience selling to gaming publishers, studios, or platform partners is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to close deals (travel expectations may apply).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
