Role Overview
We are seeking an Enterprise Hunter Account Executive to lead SLED opportunities in the public sector, owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close and ensuring customer success.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new SLED opportunities within assigned territories.
- Build and execute account plans, maintain a healthy pipeline, and hit quarterly quotas.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers, Partners, and Customer Success to design compelling data analytics solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.
- Conduct ROI analyses, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and present business value to executive buyers.
- Negotiate terms and finalize contracts; manage post-sale relationships to drive expansion.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in public sector or SLED.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in government-related sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of data analytics, cloud platforms, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed.
