About the role
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the West region. This is a remote role focused on strategic, high-impact enterprise opportunities. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, partner with cross-functional teams, and help customers realize the value of the Databricks platform in solving real-world data and AI challenges.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close enterprise-level opportunities within the West region
- Build and maintain strategic account plans, forecast accurately, and manage long sales cycles
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing to map customer needs to Databricks solutions
- Develop compelling value propositions and proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Maintain a robust pipeline and achieve quota in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Represent Databricks in executive-level discussions with CIOs, CTOs, and other senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven track record in enterprise software or data/AI platform sales with consistent quota attainment
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with senior-level stakeholders
- Experience selling data analytics, cloud platforms, or AI/ML solutions is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
