Job Description

Databricks is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for New Business in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) to drive growth in Switzerland. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle with enterprise financial services clients, build executive relationships, and partner with Solutions Engineers to craft value-based data analytics solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Financial Services Industry in Switzerland.
  • Manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including discovery, proposal, negotiation, and contract renewal.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Product and Marketing to develop tailored data analytics solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of enterprise software/SaaS sales with new business growth, ideally in financial services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • English required; German language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
