Role Overview
Databricks is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Healthcare to drive strategic growth in healthcare organizations across North America. This remote role owns the full sales cycle from discovery to close, builds executive relationships with CIOs, CMIOs, and VP-level sponsors, and collaborates with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the value of Databricks' data and AI platform for healthcare analytics and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Identify and win new enterprise healthcare accounts across North America
- Develop account plans and executive relationship maps
- Lead discovery, needs assessment, and value messaging for Databricks platform in healthcare
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Legal, and Finance to move deals through procurement
- Manage entire sales cycle from outreach to closing and expansion
- Forecast accurately and maintain CRM data; meet quotas
- Travel as required for customer engagements
Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally selling data/AI platforms to healthcare providers, payers, or life sciences
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex deals
- Deep understanding of healthcare landscape and regulatory considerations
- Ability to engage C-level executives and negotiate favorable terms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
- Willingness to travel and work in a remote-first environment
