Enterprise Account Executive, Healthcare at Databricks
Databricks is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue in the healthcare sector. In this role you will own strategic healthcare accounts, build and execute comprehensive account plans, and close high-value deals with Databricks’ data analytics platform. Location: Northeast United States (onsite).
What you'll do
- Manage a strategic book of healthcare accounts in the Northeast United States.
- Develop and execute multi-quarter account plans to drive new business and expand existing deployments.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to articulate value and win complex deals.
- Forecast accurately and maintain a healthy pipeline while meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Represent Databricks in healthcare industry events and build relationships with CIO/VP-level stakeholders.
Who you are
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
- Proven track record of quota attainment and closing multi-million-dollar deals.
- Deep understanding of healthcare data, analytics, privacy, and regulatory considerations.
- Experience selling to C-level and IT leadership; comfortable navigating complex organizations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern data analytics ecosystems.
