Databricks is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive focused on the Energy and Utilities sector in London, United Kingdom. You will drive new business and manage strategic enterprise accounts, partnering with customers to unlock the value of the Databricks platform. This role involves owning the end-to-end sales cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and meeting or exceeding quota.

Responsibilities

\n- Develop and execute targeted account plans for energy and utilities clients in the UK and Europe.
\n- Identify opportunities, qualify leads, and drive deals from discovery to close.
\n- Build executive-level relationships with CIOs and line-of-business leaders.
\n- Present ROI and value propositions of the Databricks platform.
\n- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, partners, and Customer Success.
\n- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM; achieve quarterly targets.

Qualifications
\n
\n- 5+ years enterprise software sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
\n- Experience selling to the energy and utilities sector; knowledge of relevant regulatory and market dynamics is a plus.
\n- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
\n- Ability to travel within the UK/Europe as needed.
\n- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
