Overview
Databricks is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead core accounts in Poland. This role is based in Zürich, Switzerland and will drive revenue growth by developing strategic, high-value relationships with senior customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory strategy for core accounts in Poland.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close.
- Build executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders and align Databricks solutions with business goals.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Legal to ensure successful deployments and renewals.
- Forecast accurately, manage a robust pipeline, and hit quarterly and annual quotas.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a track record of quota attainment.
- Experience selling data analytics platforms or AI/ML solutions is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; willingness to travel as needed.
- Fluency in English; Polish language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
