Overview

Databricks is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead core accounts in Poland. This role is based in Zürich, Switzerland and will drive revenue growth by developing strategic, high-value relationships with senior customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory strategy for core accounts in Poland.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close.
  • Build executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders and align Databricks solutions with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Legal to ensure successful deployments and renewals.
  • Forecast accurately, manage a robust pipeline, and hit quarterly and annual quotas.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a track record of quota attainment.
  • Experience selling data analytics platforms or AI/ML solutions is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; willingness to travel as needed.
  • Fluency in English; Polish language skills are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
