Role: Emerging Enterprise Account Executive, Nordics

Based in Stockholm, you will own the full sales cycle with enterprise customers in the Nordics region, driving new business and revenue growth for the Databricks platform. This role requires strong relationship-building with senior stakeholders and the ability to articulate value across technical and business teams.

What you’ll do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise opportunities within the Nordics
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and market presence
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and drive deals to closure
  • Negotiate contracts and collaborate with legal, finance, and product teams to finalize deals
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers

What you’ll bring

  • Extensive experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in data/analytics/cloud
  • Proven track record of closing large, strategic deals and expanding executive relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to map customer needs to Databricks solutions and ROI
  • Based in Stockholm or willing to relocate; ability to travel within the Nordics as needed
