Databricks is seeking a Director, Product Operations to lead product operations strategy and execution. In this role, you will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure scalable product processes, data-driven decision making, and successful go-to-market readiness.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product operations strategy across the product lifecycle
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Analytics to improve delivery and adoption
Build scalable processes for backlog management, release planning, field readiness, and customer feedback loops
Develop and monitor KPIs to measure product performance and impact
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across partners
Drive roadmap prioritization using data-informed insights

Qualifications

15+ years in product operations, product management, or related field (Director-level experience preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
Data-driven mindset with experience building and tracking metrics
Experience in large-scale SaaS or data/platform companies
BS/MS in a relevant field; MBA preferred
